My blog consists of my personal blog written and edited by myself (Danielle Robinson).  Any photos used that consistent corporately of the intellectual property of myself, the photographer and the talent are watermarked and authority is given for reproduction only with credit being linked back to my website and with acknowledgement of the artistic input of myself, the photographer and the talent.  Should I post a photograph that is not partially my intellectual property, I will credit all those I'm aware of who deserve credit, but should I forget to credit anyone (or be unaware of who deserves credit), please advise me and I will either credit you accordingly or remove the photograph if you wish me to.

I am in no way (at the stage of writing this disclaimer) compensated or affiliated with any brands or products, therefore when I'm sent products to be reviewed my opinion and endorsement of any product is completely unbiased and not influenced in any way.  When I am involved commercially with a brand (product or service) through a photo shoot, I will credit and give adequate information into my affiliation with that brand.

I will only ever endorse or recommend any products that I believe, based on my expertise and experience are worthy of endorsement.  Although, as a freelance makeup artist, I receive a professional discount on specific brands, such as MAC, Napoleon Perdis & Latonas Professional Makeup, I receive no financial compensation and my professional relationship with those products in no sways any reviews on the products.

The privacy of visitors to my site is important to me. I will never sell your personal information to third parties.  I don't require registration for you to use my blog forum, however, unless you advise otherwise, I will email each person on my email list with blog post updates, new product reviews or for giveaways and competitions.  If you subscribe to my blog, I will record your email address for my own personal correspondence.

I do not use cookies to store information about visitors to my site and children under 13 years of age are not eligible for any contests, giveaways or to subscribe to blog posts.  If such a subscription occurs, it will be against my knowledge.  If I learn a person under 13 years of age has been been subscribed to my blog or for product emails and giveaways without verified parental consent, that person's contact information will be deleted and blocked from accessing www.daniellerobinson.net further. c.

The personally identifiable information I collect is securely stored within my database, and I use standard, industry-wide practices for protecting your information. However, as effective as encryption technology is, no security system is impenetrable. I cannot guarantee the security of my database, nor can I guarantee that information supplied won’t be intercepted while being transmitted to me over the Internet.
